The below detailed prices cover the first step of the data recovery, including the examination of the storage device and the data to be found on it, as well as the issuance of the Expert Opinion.

Through the examination we establish:
1. What was the reason for the data loss?
2. Is there a way to recover the data?
3. If yes, what is the probability ratio of recovering the data?
4. What are the costs (a binding offer)?

When the data recovery is successful, the diagnosis costs and the end costs are charged together. Our valid business terms and conditions regulate any such deal. The prices do not include VAT.

 

The actual price is determined by different factors like severness of damage, time needed to solve logical problem or equipment needed. Due to that fact we are unable to name a definite price before the technicans have carefully checked the storage device.

Out of our experience the price range for logical damage lies at a maximum of 700,- €

and for physical damage the costs are never more than 1.400,- €

Payment is possible:

The costs of the Expert Opinion need to be paid even if the examination proved the data to be unrecoverable.
