Fast and straigt forward process to get your data back

Step 1: Analysis
Based on our analysis we set the diagnosis and provide an
Expert Report with the following content:

What was the reason for the data loss?
Is there a chance to recover the data?
If yes, what is the probability ratio of recovering the data?
What are the costs?

If you have decided for Step 1. please fill in the order form for data recovery analysis.
This way you make sure that we are prepared for the task of recovering your data.
Please send us the data storage device (or we manage to delivered us) or Visit us personally.

Please keep in mind that the charges for the analysis need to be paid in advance.

Step 2: Data recovery
Once you have received our Expert Report including the binding offer with the price of data recovery, you decide, based on the diagnosis information (amount of probably recoverable data, price, timeframe of recovery, payment method) if you

1. commission us to recover the data according to the given conditions or
2. do not require the data to be recovered.

The payment terms are similar to those valid at requesting an Expert Opinion. Payment for our services is in general due in advance. Throughout the recovery process you can receive status reports about the recovery of your data as well a list of files we could recover.

For your safety we make a copy of your data which we store for 2 more weeks. During this time you can contact us at any time should you have any problem with the recovered data or should you have just the feeling that something is missing.
