Step 1: Analysis
Based on our analysis we set the diagnosis and provide an
"Expert Opinion" with the following content:

1. What was the reason for the data loss?
2. Is there a way to recover the data?
3. If yes, what is the probability ratio of recovering the data?
4. What are the costs?

If you have decided for step 1, please fill in the order form for Data recovery diagnosis.
Print the filled-in form and forward it via fax to ++ 49(0) 234 923 3128.
This way you make sure that we are prepared for the task of recovering your data.
As next please send us the data storage device together with the signed order form for Data recovery diagnosis (or we have it delivered from you to us, as you wish). Should you wish to do so, you could also visit us personally.

Please keep in mind that the charges for the diagnosis need to be paid in advance.

Step 2: Data recovery
Once you have received our Expert Opinion including the binding offer on the price of data recovery, you decide, based on the diagnosis information (amount of probably recoverable data, price, timeframe of recovery, payment method) if you

1. commission us to recover the data according to the given conditions or
2. do not require the data to be recovered.

When ordering please put a tick to the required box and send the request form for the Expert Opinion back to us. The payment terms are similar to those valid at requesting an Expert Opinion. Payment for our services is in general due in advance. Throughout the recovery process you can receive status reports about the recovery of your data.
